Dandim 0909\/Kutai Timur Letkol Inf Ginanjar Wahyutomo juga menyampaikan itu saat memberikan sambutan pembukaan latihan teknis teritorial Babinsa jajaran Kodim 0909\/KTM. Kegiatan itu berlangsung di Aula Makodim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLatihan teknis teritorial ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan personel Babinsa. Terutama dalam melaksanakan pembinaan teritorial yang bersinergi dengan tiga pilar. Di antaranya tripika, forkopimda dalam mencegah paham radikal,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maka itu, Babinsa harus bergerak cepat memberikan informasi temu cepat lapor cepat, untuk mengantisipasi setiap kegiatan yang akan terjadi di waktu-waktu tertentu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHarus bisa menganalisa apa yang akan terjadi,\u201d sebutnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pembukaan latihan teknis teritorial tersebut dibuka Dandim 0909\/KTM Letkol Inf Ginanjar Wahyutomo, dihadiri Pasiter Kapten Inf Arif Safardiyatno, Danramil 0909-06\/Bengalon Kapten CBA Heru Eko Susanto, Danramil 0909-05\/Muara Bengkal Kapten Inf Sajani, Danramil 0909-04\/Muara Ancalong Kapten Inf Mardan serta 50 personel perwakilan Babinsa jajaran Kodim 0909\/KTM.
