Sidang kehormatan legislatif itu berkaitan dengan penyampaian pandangan umum fraksi-fraksi dalam dewan, terhadap rancangan peraturan daerah (raperda) tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah 10\/2016 tentang Pembentukan dan Susunan Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Timur dan Pokok-pokok Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anggota DPRD Kutim Fraksi Demokrat Hason Ali mewakili fraksinya menyampaikan pandangan umum terhadap raperda tersebut. Menurutnya, penganggaran pelaksanaan penatausahaan, pelaporan pertanggungjawaban dan pengawasan dilakukan secara transparan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKami sangat setuju agar raperda segera dibahas bersama, antara eksekutif dan legislatif,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sehingga nantinya dapat dilakukan perubahan terhadap susunan perangkat daerah. Menjadi tepat fungsi dan sinergis dalam penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintah. Sesuai dengan asas pembentukan perangkat daerah yang berorientasi pada perlindungan pelayanan pemberdayaan dan meningkatkan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSesuai dengan amanah Permendagri Nomor 99 Tahun 2018 tentang Pembinaan dan Pengendalian Penataan Perangkat Daerah,\u201d jelasnya.
